This autumn, BTS is bringing their most significant concert films back to cinemas for a special two-week event

Starting September 24 and running through October 5, fans in more than 65 regions will have the chance to experience four of the group’s most memorable performances, now upgraded to 4K with improved surround sound. Over 2,000 theaters around the world are expected to take part. The first week will feature "BTS 2016 Live the Most Beautiful Moment in Life On Stage: Epilogue Remastered" and "BTS 2017 Live Trilogy Episode III the Wings Tour the Final Remastered." The second week includes "BTS 2019 World Tour ‘Love Yourself: Speak Yourself’ London Remastered" and "BTS 2021 Muster Sowoozoo Remastered." Some venues will even offer marathon screenings of all four films in one sitting. Each concert represents a key moment in BTS’s journey to international fame. The "On Stage: Epilogue" tour covered 13 cities in seven Asian countries, while the "Wings Tour" expanded their reach with 40 shows across 19 cities in the Americas and Asia. The London concert was especially historic, as BTS became the first non-English act to sell out Wembley Stadium for two nights in a row, drawing more than 120,000 attendees. "Muster Sowoozoo" demonstrated their flexibility during the pandemic, attracting 1.33 million paid viewers from 195 countries for their eighth anniversary event. It’s worth noting how concert films can bridge the gap between live performance and cinematic experience, offering a different kind of connection for audiences. The way fans engage with these events continues to evolve, reflecting broader changes in how music is consumed and appreciated. The timing of this release is particularly significant, arriving just after all seven members—RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook—finished their required military service in June. The group has already confirmed plans for new music and a world tour scheduled for spring 2026. Marc Allenby, CEO of Trafalgar Releasing, which is partnering with HYBE for the event, expressed excitement about presenting these remastered shows in theaters. He mentioned strong past fan turnout and the increasing anticipation for BTS’s official return to performing. Since debuting in 2013, BTS has broken countless records, earned six Billboard Hot 100 number-one singles since 2020, and received honors from the American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, and MTV Video Music Awards, along with a Grammy nomination. Their influence on music and culture remains strong around the globe.
