Court documents from LA Superior Court show the artist, whose legal name is Montero Hill, faces three counts of battery on a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer. The LAPD initially withheld his identity but verified to Variety that a naked, disoriented man was detained and hospitalized around 5:50 a.m. TMZ shared video of Lil Nas X walking late at night and later posted clips of him fully nude while rapping along to Nicki Minaj's part in the song "Monster."
