Court documents from LA Superior Court show the artist, whose legal name is Montero Hill, faces three counts of battery on a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer. He remains in custody without bail and is expected to appear before Judge Sarah Ellenberg in Van Nuys later today, where bail might be set. The LAPD initially withheld his identity but verified to Variety that a naked, disoriented man was detained and hospitalized around 5:50 a.m. TMZ shared video of Lil Nas X walking late at night and later posted clips of him fully nude while rapping along to Nicki Minaj's part in the song "Monster."
