Ca7riel and Paco Amoroso Sign With UTA (EXCLUSIVE)

Argentine musical innovators Ca7riel and Paco Amoroso have signed an exclusive worldwide representation agreement with United Talent Agency (UTA), one of the world’s leading entertainment and talent agencies. The partnership covers all areas of the duo’s career except North American touring, which will continue to be handled by their existing team.

The timing of this deal coincides with a period of remarkable international growth for the genre-blending artists. They are set to join Kendrick Lamar as supporting acts on his upcoming Latin American tour, kicking off on September 23rd in Mexico City. This high-profile opportunity follows the conclusion of their own 60-date “Papota” tour, which brought their electrifying live show to audiences across four continents, including São Paulo, Miami, Berlin, and Stockholm.

Ca7riel and Paco Amoroso first met as children and were previously part of the progressive rock group Astor before relaunching as a duo in 2019. Their music—a fluid mix of trap, hip-hop, and pop—gained widespread attention after their acoustic NPR Tiny Desk performance on October 4, 2024. That session, which has since amassed over 40 million YouTube views, became the most-watched Tiny Desk of the year and marked a turning point in their global reach.

Their creative output extends well beyond music. The duo’s recent EP “Papota” features audio from the Tiny Desk concert alongside four new tracks, while their debut album “Baño María” was released last year with an accompanying short film. They have also made significant strides in fashion, collaborating with brands like Bershka and making appearances at major events such as Jean Paul Gaultier’s Haute Couture show and Yves Saint Laurent’s Men’s Summer ‘26 presentation in Paris. As cultural analyst Maria Flores observes, “Their cross-disciplinary appeal reflects a new model for artists who operate at the intersection of music, fashion, and visual storytelling.”

Despite this new alliance with UTA, the duo will retain marca blanca as their management, ensuring artistic consistency while benefiting from UTA’s extensive global resources to further develop their presence across multiple entertainment platforms.
