Bad Bunny Adds Surprise Final Show to Puerto Rico Residency, Partners With Amazon Music for Live Stream

In a major announcement, Grammy-winning global phenomenon Bad Bunny has confirmed a final, one-night-only performance to bring his celebrated "No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí" residency to a close. The special show, titled "Una Más," will take place on September 20 at San Juan’s Coliseo de Puerto Rico. For fans unable to secure tickets, Amazon Music will provide a free livestream beginning at 8:30 p.m. ET, accessible via its app, Twitch channel (@AmazonMusic), and Prime Video for all Amazon account holders.

Echoing the residency’s original policy, ticket access for this closing event will be limited exclusively to residents of Puerto Rico. Registration for the ticket lottery is currently open at nomequieroirdeaqui.com and will close this Monday at 11:59 p.m. AST. Only those with a valid Puerto Rico phone number may enter. Selected registrants will receive a unique code granting access to a pre-sale starting September 17 at 10 a.m. AST.

Beyond the performance itself, Amazon Music and Bad Bunny are partnering on a multi-faceted philanthropic campaign aimed at creating lasting positive impact across the island. The effort includes educational support through STEM resources for students and educators, assistance for local agricultural initiatives, and programs to improve access to healthy food. A dedicated "comPRa Local" section will also be introduced on Amazon.com to showcase and promote products from Puerto Rican small businesses, helping them reach global customers.

The Coliseo de Puerto Rico, which has a capacity of over 18,000 and has hosted legendary acts from Marc Anthony to Ricky Martin, provides a historic backdrop for this meaningful finale. Bad Bunny, whose record-breaking 2022 album "Un Verano Sin Ti" became the first all-Spanish language release to be nominated for Album of the Year at the Grammys, has often emphasized the importance of reconnecting with his roots. “It’s about giving back to the people who have supported me from the very beginning,” he remarked in a recent interview.

Industry analysts observe that such residencies allow major artists to deliver more curated, high-impact experiences while strengthening ties with local audiences. “This isn’t just a concert—it’s a cultural statement,” notes music journalist Elena Rosado. “By investing so deeply in Puerto Rico, Bad Bunny reinforces the significance of place and community in an increasingly globalized music industry.”
