Kylie Jenner Sings and Raps in Her Music Debut, ‘Fourth Strike,’ With Terror Jr

Kylie Jenner has officially entered the music scene with an ethereal vocal cameo on Terror Jr's new single, "Fourth Strike." The track serves as a direct sequel to the group's 2015 song "Three Strikes," which originally featured in the debut campaign for Kylie Cosmetics lip glosses. This release commemorates the ten-year anniversary of her beauty brand, with Jenner's brief vocal appearance arriving near the song's conclusion.

During the bridge, Jenner delivers a spoken-word rap, stating, "One strike, two strike, let me get the mood right," and "Do it on purpose just to see how it ends." She caps off her performance by softly whispering "King Kylie," a direct nod to the alternative persona she cultivated back in 2014. That year proved pivotal, as it was when she first began conceptualizing Kylie Cosmetics—a brand that would go on to reshape the celebrity beauty industry and achieve a multi-billion dollar valuation.

The song is featured in a new Kylie Cosmetics ad, which revives the "King Kylie" aesthetic through a distinctive teal filter. In the commercial, Jenner portrays an inmate released from prison, only to be picked up by her mother, Kris Jenner, in a black convertible. Kris Jenner, widely recognized as the "momager" behind the Kardashian-Jenner commercial empire, then drives them into the sunset. The campaign was launched alongside Jenner's weekend announcement of a "King Kylie" collection, which re-releases signature products from that era. On Instagram, she credited her followers, writing, "This King Kylie Collection is truly for you!!! You’re the reason my biggest cosmetic dreams came true, and I wouldn’t be here 10 years later! without your support."

Terror Jr, the musical group responsible for the track, consists of vocalist Lisa Vitale and producer David "Campa" Benjamin Singer-Vine. The project originally included producer Felix Snow, who departed in late 2017. Their debut single, "Three Strikes," was first introduced in the original Kylie Cosmetics ad campaign. At that time, the group maintained anonymity, sparking widespread rumors that Kylie Jenner was the mysterious lead vocalist—a marketing strategy one industry analyst called "a brilliant use of intrigue to drive cross-promotional engagement." Jenner eventually debunked the theory on Snapchat, and the members' identities were formally confirmed following the release of their 2016 EP, "Bop City."

This musical collaboration is part of Jenner's expanding creative endeavors. Fans can anticipate her acting debut in Charli XCX's upcoming A24 film, "The Moment." Directed by Aidan Zamiri, a frequent creative collaborator of the pop star, the movie also features Alexander Skarsgård, Rachel Sennott, and Shygirl. This move signals Jenner's strategic shift into new entertainment territories, building on her established presence in beauty and reality television.
