Show moreField & Stream TV, Backed by Country Stars Morgan Wallen and Eric Church, Is Coming to Streaming and Broadcast Platforms
The iconic outdoor brand Field & Stream, which counts country music stars Morgan Wallen and Eric Church as co-owners, is launching its own television network. A strategic partnership with Outdoor America will transform the latter's existing free, ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channel into Field & Stream TV, scheduled to go live in late January 2026. This expansion also includes plans for a broadcast channel, though a specific launch date for that platform has not yet been finalized. This move significantly broadens the brand's media footprint, which already encompasses a print magazine, digital platforms, and podcasts, by adding a 24/7 television presence.
Viewers can expect a comprehensive lineup of exclusive series, original productions, and specials designed to create a central hub for outdoor enthusiasts. The collaboration aims to offer sponsors unparalleled access to the largest consolidated audience within the outdoor media landscape. Programming is being crafted in conjunction with top-tier outdoor filmmakers, sports producers, and musical partners like Wallen and Church, covering a wide spectrum of activities from hunting and fishing to camping and wilderness cuisine. An industry analyst noted, "This fusion of a historic brand with modern distribution channels is a strategic move to dominate the outdoor content space."
The official launch is set for the 2026 SHOT Show, where the channel's flagship programs and key production partners will be revealed. The SHOT Show (Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade Show), produced by the National Shooting Sports Foundation, is a massive industry event held from January 20–23, 2026, in Las Vegas. As a global leader in trade exhibitions for outdoor gear, it provides a powerful platform for this ambitious media debut.
Distribution is already secured, as the Outdoor America FAST channel is currently accessible on numerous major platforms. These include smart TV interfaces such as Samsung TV+, Vizio WatchFree+, LG Channels, and TCLtv+, in addition to popular streaming devices like Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, and Google Chromecast. This extensive pre-existing reach ensures the rebranded network will have an immediate and substantial viewer base from its first day of operation.
Field & Stream President Doug McNamee hailed the partnership as a pivotal moment for the brand, allowing it to celebrate outdoor heritage with distinctive content while connecting with audiences and sponsors across various media. Nick Rhodes, CEO of Outdoor America Holdings, echoed this sentiment, labeling Field & Stream the gold standard for genuine outdoor culture and underscoring their joint objective of building a premier lifestyle network through superior content and creative partnerships.
This television initiative is a key component of a wider revitalization of the Field & Stream brand under its current ownership. Wallen and Church became part of the investment group that acquired the brand's assets in 2024. Since that acquisition, the company has relaunched its print publication, introduced a membership program, and rolled out co-branded merchandise and experiential offerings, including a new, budget-friendly lodge concept. Founded in 1871, Field & Stream has served for over a century as an authoritative voice on hunting, fishing, camping, and conservation. This venture into television continues its enduring mission to champion the outdoor lifestyle for contemporary audiences.
