Stagecoach 2027 Lineup: Garth Brooks, Riley Green, Zach Top to Headline

Stagecoach has locked in its return to the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, scheduling the 2027 edition for April 23 through 25. Since launching in 2007, the festival has become a cornerstone event for country music, consistently pulling major acts to the Southern California desert. The Empire Polo Club, incidentally, is the same sprawling venue that hosts the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, and Stagecoach has long served as its country-flavored counterpart each spring.

Garth Brooks, Riley Green, and Zach Top will anchor the weekend as headliners. Florida Georgia Line is also slated for a special late-night performance, marking their first officially confirmed show since reunion speculation began circulating earlier this year. The undercard features a wide-ranging roster: Hardy, Willie Nelson & Family, Kelly Clarkson, Brothers Osborne, Shaboozey, Dasha, Stella Lefty, Stephen Wilson Jr., Journey, Pitbull, Carín León, Matchbox Twenty, and Cameron Whitcomb, among numerous others. Florida Georgia Line, the duo of Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley, dominated country radio throughout the 2010s with hits like "Cruise" before announcing a hiatus in 2022.

The lineup once again highlights a persistent issue at Stagecoach: male acts occupy most of the top billing. Kelly Clarkson stands as the sole female headliner for 2027. Female headliners have been scarce throughout the festival's history—Lainey Wilson in 2026, Miranda Lambert on three occasions, Carrie Underwood twice, and Shania Twain once. This gender disparity has increasingly drawn criticism as the broader country music industry faces heightened scrutiny over representation on major festival stages. According to a 2023 study from the University of Southern California's Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, women accounted for less than 25 percent of artists booked at top country festivals over the previous decade, a figure that underscores just how entrenched the imbalance has become.

Tickets are scheduled to go on sale Friday, September 18 at 11am PT, with a $49 down payment option available for those choosing payment plans. Riley Green's new album, "That's Just Me," arrives the same day. Zach Top recently picked up two additional nominations for the 60th Annual CMA Awards and is currently on an extensive headline tour. Garth Brooks continues his "Blame It All On My Roots" arena residency. The CMA Awards, first held in 1967, remain among the most prestigious honors in country music, and a nomination there often signals a significant career surge for rising artists like Top.

Green shared his enthusiasm: "Let's do this again. We're excited to make it back out to the desert after a wild ride last year. We'll probably stay all weekend and catch the other sets so come join us." Top reflected on his journey: "When we played Stagecoach in 2024, it was one of the very first festivals where we really drew a crowd for our set. We packed out the Palomino stage and I remember feeling like we were really doing something. Now to be back in 2027 as a headliner is just something truly special." Brooks added: "Stagecoach is a guaranteed good time. I was shocked by how personal everything there is…from the people working the venue to the people singing along. A MUST if you're a Country music fan!"

The Late Night on Mustang Stage, presented by Boot Barn, will return with performances from Sean Paul, Florida Georgia Line, and Flo Rida. Florida Georgia Line commented: "The last time we played Stagecoach was back in 2018, and a whole lot of life has happened since then. There's something really special about getting to come back to the desert together, step on that stage again, and share these songs and memories with the fans who have been with us through it all. We couldn't think of a better place to do it." Boot Barn, a California-based western wear retailer founded in 1978, has steadily expanded its festival presence as country fashion has crossed into mainstream pop culture.

Diplo's HonkyTonk, now in its fifth year, and Guy Fieri's Stagecoach Smokehouse will also make their return. Amazon Music will serve as the exclusive livestream destination for the fifth consecutive year, with performances streaming via Amazon Music, Prime Video, Twitch, Amazon Live, and the Amazon Music app on Fire TV. The Official Stagecoach Playlist remains available exclusively on Amazon Music.
